Mendocino's Annual 4th of July Parade ~ NOON
Somewhere around 5000 people (5 times the population!) line the streets of Mendocino (Main St. & Lansing St.) to watch this hometown parade. Come early to get a good spot. Parking is available on any side street, just don't block a driveway.

11 am - 3 pm ~JULY 4 ~ KELLY HOUSE ~ Main St. Kelley House Museum Lawn Party & BBQ. Directly after the parade!
Enjoy free music by Local sensation, Kevin and the Coconuts, and feast on hot dogs, sausages, beer, wine and ice cream, while watching the Mendocino parade. Great Family Fun!

JULY 4: Pups on Parade!
Here's your chance to participate in Mendocino's July 4th parade. Bring your Pup and join in the Little River Inn's puppy parade as we stroll down Main Street with our favorite canines! To mark the occasion Little River Inn will be offering transportation to and from the parade and special accessories for your pooch.

July 4: Annual Celebration at Friendship Park
The years biggest fund-raiser will begin immediately following the Mendocino parade and feature three bands including Steven Bates, Rogerwood and Foxglove. There will be food, entertainment and childrens activities. Contact Ellen Anderson at 707-964-0897 if you are interested in renting a booth, volunteering or wish to donate to the park.

Come to the fabulously historical City of Point Arena and wish the city a happy birthday all July 4th weekend. Point Arena was incorporated July 11, 1908 and plans to mark the centennial with a parade, street fair, fireworks, a party at their lighthouse (one of tallest you can climb in North America), a family picnic, tours, dances, and more.

World's Largest Salmon BBQ

Join the fun at this annual event, sponsored by the Salmon Restoration Association to raise money to take positive action to restore salmon to our rivers and streams. Great food and a love of the outdoors are all part of the atmosphere at the barbeque. Trade fish stories with an "old salt", or join one of our younger attendees in learning about the efforts of the Salmon Restoration Association.

Fort Bragg will celebrate with fireworks at Pomo Bluff Park. The Mendocino Coast loves to celebrate the 4th all weekend long! So join us in Fort Bragg, along the ocean side of Todd's Point at dusk to watch the fireworks!
