SKUNK TRAIN ~ Travel through History

SKUNK TRAIN ~ Travel through History
Moving at a leisurely pace (29 miles mph), the train pulls covered cars and open observation cars -- perfect for capturing photographs of it's scenic journey. Enjoy towering trees and wildlife, as you chug through tunnels, over bridges and past open meadows, along the "Redwood Route" as it has since 1885. The Skunk Train was nicknamed because the old-timers said "You can smell 'em before you see 'em."
